good memory, great price

Strengths: works perfectly in my Inspiron 9300.

Weakness: none.

I bought this back in December for my laptop and it's been running perfectly. No signs of instability and my applications run a million times faster (I increased my RAM from 512mb to 1.25gb).

PC2-4200 ram

Strengths: It is big enough to run PS and a lot of fun games

The 1Gb pc2-4200 ddr sodimm memory is pretty good for my dell 9300 laptop. Now I can run photoshop and some fun games as quick as I run word.

30 Sec installation - 0 Sec detection. Perfect!

Strengths: Ease of installation, strong PC4200 1GB raw power

I have a Sony Vaio FS850/W that comes with a 512MB RAM chip. I added this to the second slot and the detection was immediate. No problems at all. Ordering a new chip from sony would cost me an arm and a leg. While 1.5GB RAM i have now is more than i need (I was told that there were 2 256MB chips installed inside so I would have to remove one) I can easily run powerful application with no effect to the 128MB video card with share memory.

CorSair 1GB DDR2

Strengths: Easy install. Works!!!!!

Got this memory for a great price. Real easy to installed. Installed in my HP PC and up and running in minutes. Excellent Value buy in the middle of pricy ddr2 memories. Will buy again.

Strengths: Fast response time

Weakness: Difficult to install

Great price and fast response time. Very good memory for laptop. However, it is a bit difficult to install onto my laptop. Not sure it is because of my poor skill or the memory I have is a bit tricky.

Worked great in my Thinkpad T43

Strengths: This ram is awesome. Put it right into my IBM T43 Notebook which came with 512 and there was nothing else to it. Works perfect!

great deal, even though it is almost $20 cheaper now, and there are no cons.Works great on my T43 couldn't be easier, not sure why it wouldn't work with a powerbook, maybe it just isn't compatable, before you by definitely check corsairs site and make sure but this should definitely be your first choice for more ram.

I purchased this memory for my dell m130 laptop, it worked great! the price is so resonable, thanks to cosair, now i'm running my lappy with total 1.5GB memory. Sweet deal!!

Very good memory

I installed this in a Sony VAIO, works flawlessly. It's faster than the original ram and very stable. I haven't tried overclocking this thing or anything yet but with the Corsair name, I'm confident that it will hold up fine. Also very good value at $53 after rebates.

Great value for the money

for under $60, this is as good as you can get, a name brand RAM with life time warranty.

Installed and tested with memtest-86, no problem.

I would recommend it to everyone when needs more memory (who doesn't).

I got this with 20 dollar rebate from outpost, came out to be around 58 with shipping, it was an excellent deal for an excellent piece of memory, id highly recommend the brand and this models performance!

Good Stick of RAM

Strengths: Very fast, very good price

Weakness: none

Got this stick in the mail, took out my 256mb pc2-3200 stick, and threw in the corsair into my lappie. BAM my applications werent freezing anymore, not to mention the sudden jump in speed.

I would definitely recommend this to people since it enables you to further upgrade in the future if necessary, leaving one slot still open. I will probably run 2x1gb on my laptop in the near future.

pricewise, I bought a kingston 1gb pc2-4200, same speed, for almost double the price. not to mention that Corsair seems to have a better reputation among the laptop junkies out there. Definitely will consider buying another stick to replace my kingston.

Strengths: Great and affordable RAM

Replaced the substandard RAM from DELL 6000 with some Corsair and worked flawlessly. Works great. My Inspiroon 6000 now flies, couldn't be more satisfied. Great Price for the size/ quality of the RAM! Corsair has yet another happy cusomer!

Strengths: Made by a reputable company. Enhances laptop performance.

This ram significantly improved my laptop performance! I originally only had 512mb and my laptop was very slow. Now with the added ram, I can run multiple programs and play games at higher settings!

Strengths: good brand name, good price

i purchased this for the lenovo z60t. although i have not used it for long, it seems to work fine. also, as it is a recognized brand name, i do not expect any problems.

I bought the memory a month ago. It was 20 dollars cheaper than other brands. But I did not feel any difference. Will buy another one to upgrade my machine. highly recommended.

Strengths: -Great compatibility. -Great price. -Lifetime warranty

Weakness: -Don't support dual channel mode.

I installed this memory into my Toshiba satellite L25 laptop and the laptop has no problem recognizing it. And 1GB of memory makes a huge difference on performance compared to the original 256MB. The machine has no stability issue after installing this memory. Highly recommend overall if your machine support this type of memory.

I have an IBM Z60T laptop that I purchased with the standard 256MB RAM. I was looking for a good deal to upgrade the memory. Just plugged this into my Z60T and noticed a jump in performance as expected. Great price with the rebate.

I was a little doubtful with the quality of the product, given its price. But, I have no disappointments/regrets so far..Installation was a breeze. XP automatically detected the memory and was up and running in no time. Computer (Inspiron B130) performed significantly faster and am very happy with the purchase. Heard that the customer support is great from Corsair (but never had to use it personally...touch wood :-))
