Fill \\\'er UpStrengths: CHEAP!!! Weakness: none I purchased this ram to fill up the last two mem slots on my new Dell Inspirion 531. I figured at less than $25 a gig/stick I couldn't go wrong. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Solid MemoryStrengths: Kingston name, warranty. Great performance. Weakness: None so far Put in my rig right away and it worked flawlessly. Couldn't be happier. Trust the Kingston name. Great price/performance ratio for RAM. Solid packaging. 2GB made a big difference in my machine. 100% of readers found this review helpful. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Memory UpgradeStrengths: CHEAP!!! Weakness: none Excellent choice to fill up my Dell Inspiron 531 to 4 gig. The system recognized the sticks without any effort, but as expected, only diplayed 3.5 gig installed. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Very decent memoryStrengths: Price, versatility and reliability Weakness: Not the fastest, if you are a gamer This is excellent ram for general purposes. If you want tighter timing and speed, be prepared to pay much more. This stuff will allow you to go to 4 gigs on your typical motherboard (watch for those that only report 3 gigs), and do it economically. Lifetime warranty from Kingston makes this a no-brainer. Kingston 2GB MemoryStrengths: Lifetime Warranty, Kingston brand. This is a 2GB Memory kit for DDR2 computers (all new PCs accept this kind of memory). it is backward compatible with slower speed bus and works well in my PC. great for memory-hungry vista. this is not the fastest memory and may not be best suited for overclockers but should work well for normal use. value ramStrengths: kingston brand, good quality, cheap price Weakness: not good for overlocking I have used them for over 1 month, the ram run fast and stably so far, I put them on an asus p-965 motherboard and they are cool and quiet, when I perchase them they're still a little expensive, but now they're cheaper, recommend for daily use Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Kingston Value Ram KVR667D2N5K2/2G 2GB KitStrengths: Installed in computer. Started computer and memory was recgoinized immediateley. Has worked flawlessly from date of install. Weakness: None in my opinion. I installed memory in Dell XPS 410. I purchased Kingston because Dell computers are very picky about speed and these modules met Dell's specs. I had installed Kingston Ram in another Dell with no problems so I will stick with a winner. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Kingston ValueStrengths: Kingston name, great price. No flaws! Weakness: As noted, no heat sinks. Fine for non-overclockers I have had one problem with Kingston memory in 13+years of building. They took care of me immediatly. Only had this memory installed for a short while, but it behaves fine, no glitches. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

cheap RAM that worksStrengths: Cheap; dual channel Weakness: No heat spreader This kit is ideal for supporting an upgrade from XP to Vista. They are cheap, but they work as promised. I added them to my Dell E510 and I have noticed a big performance improvement. The only drawback is that they do not have heat spreader. This might be a problem for those who play memory-hog games. niceStrengths: Fast speed, works perfectly Weakness: No heat spreader I installed kingston 2 GB kit in to pcchips A33g mobo. It works like charm, the widows long-in time is greatly reduced compared with the old 512MB (takes only half time). I plan to upgrade windows xp to windows vista, 2gb is definitely a must for this upgrade if vista home premium is preferred. The memory speed is fast, it is 667MHz, so no promise on the PC performance. I played several existing games, and am very satisfied with it. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Great value for a good productStrengths: Reliability, speed, low cost Weakness: none yet I originally built my Pentium D a little on the cheap with 1 GB and soon realized I would need at least 2 GB for photo and video, gaming and just multitasking in general. I kept watching the prices of the Kingston Valueram 1 and 2 GB modules (the 1 GB was hovering around $120 earlier this winter). Finally, both were fairly inexpensive and the 2 GB was down to $140 so I decided to go with a full 3GB in case it's needed down the road. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Great Memory for a Bargain PriceStrengths: Fast and reliable 2GB for a price that keeps getting lower. Weakness: No heat spreader, but for $7 a stick I added Vantec Iceberg copper heat spreaders. Works fine with my Intel DG965WH motherboard, which is fussy as to timing and voltage. I am not a gamer, and more concerned with stability and noise, so I used the factory settings. The board instantly recognized the memory. At $140 a pair I am tempted to add another 2GB. Fast service and great pricing from mWave. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

excellent memoryStrengths: Worked well with Gigabyte 965 Core 2 M-ATX motherboard. No problems with compatability or speed settings. Weakness: No heat spreader Not overclocked. Not going to mess with timings. Wanted stability and compatability, not flashy lights and heatspreaders. Paired with a Core 2 Duo 6300 you can really get some stuff done. Fast delivery, good customer service. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

Good RAM
Strengths: Cheap price most of all, speed and reliability are always good also.
Weakness: No heat spreader
I already own 2 gigs of this ram and have had great success with it over the past few months. I just removed the original 512 gb of ram that came with my Dell Dimension 9100 and replaced it with 2 more sticks of Kingston ram. Now Windows loads much faster and encoding as well as games feel like they run much faster. I am confident that this ram will last a long time.
