Computer did not work from set-up. Spent two weeks going back & forth with tech support. Was promised a local tech would come to fix it. A week later...no tech. Called & was told no one in this area would take the job. I live in a community of 175,000 people..found this odd. After much frustration asked to send defective product back for refund. Was told I would be responsible for shipping ($38), and would get dinged 15% restocking fee...on a product that never worked in the first place...after numerous documented attempts to seek assistance. Want future buyers to beware of this policy.
Some wonders why Fujitsu charges more to customers than the third party vendors. The only advantage to order directly from Fujitsu is that I can modify the system the way I want it to be. However, for someones who can compromise with the pre-built system, ordering from third party vendors would mean saving.
