PNY's Warranty is a joke do not buy anything with the PNY logo on it until they decide to change the way they handle the Warranty. Trust me you will be happier if you purchase from another manufacturer. Or if you enjoy having to pay out of pocket to get your nice new warrantied device go ahead and do it.
