Strengths: In my setup, the audio goes out of synch using the provided software but it works somewhat if you don't need the audio in synch.

Weakness: ASUS considers this a Microsoft problem with Media Center Edition. Therefore I should remove the wifi TV card and use it in another installation without Media Center.

It took a week for this reply from ASUS: +++++++++++++" Dear Sir/Madam, The issue that you are have is probably related to your OS as that TV Tuner card is not properly supported by Media Center Edition. Strengths: Very good documentation including instructions for installation.

My initial review of this motherboard would not have been very good. The motherboard shipped with an early version of the firmware, and I wasn’t able to even get far enough into the boot sequence (board was completely dead, no beeps) to upgrade. I was trying to use an Intel Pentium D 925. I was able to use an Intel Celeron D 326 in order to upgrade the firmware, then the 925 processor worked...
