A Good Buy

Strengths: Good price from a quality manufacturer.

Weakness: Not the best of overclocking.

The value line of memory modules from Corsair are great buys. Very reliable products at a substantial cost reduction from their higher end lines designed for overclocking. These modules worked flawlessly and the performance is great.

Gets The Job Done

Strengths: Great value for the money, reliable, easy to install DDR2 memory.

Weakness: Not the fastest memory on the market, no heat spreaders, latency is 5-5-5-15.

Installed this in a Gigabyte 8I945P-G motherboard for a system build and it works flawlessly. If you're a hardcore gamer I'd go with something with a lower latency, but for this price you can't go wrong.

Corsair 2GB DDR 667

Strengths: Good quality for a nice price.

Weakness: No heat spreaders

If your looking for a good quality and good priced memory chips, this is the way to go. I've only been using this for about a week now, but it seems to be working great so far. This a a very good buy for its price.

solid product overall

Strengths: good price/value, easy install, smooth running

Weakness: not gamers choice

installed this kit on my Dell E520, no problem whatsoever ever since installed. noticeable performance improvement. on top of these, Lifetime warranty!! if you are gamer, better looking for something a little higher end

Great

Strengths: Name brand, low costs, 2 gbs in dual channel

Weakness: its value ram.. not really for an ocing system

added this into my dell computer that used ddr2 and it works great. Read the 2gb without a hitch. It is value ram so no heatsinks for overclocking. Haven't tried memtest..

Good Memory

Strengths: Cheap, fast

Weakness: none

I have this memory installed in my new Core 2 Duo E6400 system. I did hit 720 MHz with this stuff but couldn't get it stable. Probably needs more voltage or looser timings. But for the price I paid, I'd say it delivered as promised and more. For light to moderate overclocking, this stuff is great.

Less best buy of brand memory

Strengths: Good price from one of the top brands

Weakness: No heat spreaders

I ran into the deal $109 after rebate. Corsair is the brand I have been using for a great long time, never have a problem yet with them from PC133 thru PC2-5300. The only thing is heat spreading with this memory kit. I am not a gamer so not a concern for me.

Corsair quality

Strengths: Nice stable memory

Weakness: No spread heater

I got this to run in a vista system and everything worked the first time. My hp A1730N BIOS recognized it and everything is running very stable. These matched modules run as fast as my other pair of 2x512MB Corsair XMS2 modules and all 4 sticks are running dual channel. Too bad I am running the 32bit version of vista because it can't utilize the full 4GB if I have gotten 2 sets of this memory...

Excellent memory

Strengths: Cheap. Stable. High quality. Good support.

Weakness: Perhaps the lack of heatsinks (but I think I would rather attach copper ones myself with Artic Silver adhesive as detailed below).

Very stable, and performs as designed. I've been running it since May 2006 on an Intel BOXD945GNTLKR Socket T MB, with an Intel Pentium D 930 Presler 3.0GHz Dual Core processor, and an ATI Radeon X1800XL All-In-Wonder. Everything has been running beautifully. Not a single reset or hard lock to be spoken of. System speed is wonderful. I've done no overclocking, as I don't think a few extra clock...

Corsair Value Select 2GB DDR2 SDRAM Memory Module

Strengths: Very fast, very stable, cheap price, great for games!

Weakness: I wish the modules came with the fancy heat spreaders that the expensive ones come with. But this isn't a really big lose.

I have not had a BSOD because of my memory yet so they are of great quality. Every time I tell someone I have 2GB of corsair memory they are like wow! You might miss the heat spreaders but as long as you have good air flow in your case and don't over clock to much you'll be fine. Not that you need to over clock with this much memory and this kind of performance. I've never had any of the...
