Ultra 550WStrengths: Plenty of connections, good looks, quiet. Weakness: Fancy usually equals loss of practicallity and in this case, it's shape (the Ultra on the fan) makes it difficult to install in a case. Big fan, little air flow. I'm getting plenty of power from this PSU and the connections are great. Looks awesome once I finally managed to squeeze it in the case. If you have a top fan, measure carefully. I had to drill new holes for the top-fan b/c the PSU is a bit long for the case. Even though I maintain low temps, the big 120mm fan is not moving much air at my highest temp. A fancy fan like this should have a...

Ultra X2 Titanium UV PSUStrengths: IT is so quite and clean cords Weakness: expensive. It has so quite fan. I thought it is not spinning. 500W is enough for any machines even with 2 SLI cards. I can arrange cords vey clearly and it is clean. You better need to use clear case to show off this thing.

Ultra X2 550W ATX12V AC Power SupplyIt is cool looking and is fairly quiet. Im using this in my silverstone Shoebox case and so its taking all the heat from my CPU (E6400) through a fannless cooler. If I could find a quiter PS i would buy it but overall its awsome and I got it for 10 bucks from ultra after my old X-connect gave out and they were low on replacements.

Not BadStrengths: Modular connectors, 120mm fan, pretty quiet Weakness: UV light not really necessary, cables a little flimsy I bought this mostly because of the 550W voltage and the low cost. I could really do without the light and UV, but it was cheaper than the titanium model at the time. It runs a MSI 975 board with E6300 without problems. It is relatively quiet and thus far, no problems. I don't have crossfire yet, so I can't comment on others problems of a "ramp up" noise level when it goes under heavy load.

Ultra X2Strengths: Shinny, quiet 120mm fan, nice looking wires, modular. plenty of cabling. nice windows. Weakness: decent wattage but still low. Expensive. ultra symbol gets in way. could use a better disconnection approach to the 24/20 pin. The symbol got in the way when installing. had to push up on it to get it to go into my case. The 550 watt for 130 dollars is a tad under what it should be. 650 atleast would be good specially with quad cores becoming cheap next quarter. I love the wires.. they feel like sata. hella lot better than sleeved ones. the modular works as advertsided. very easy. plenty of connections. Has 4 pin for...

Excellent PSUStrengths: Ultra Quiet fan Weakness: None The UV sides make it a great mod for the money. The price is a little steep for anyone who just needs a power supply. This is a great power supply for gaming and graphic intense situations.

Great power supplyStrengths: Nice professional look, good wire management capability. Weakness: I bought it for $99.00; thought was a bit pricey. Great power supply for looks; reduces cable clutter inside the case. The blue light looks awesome from a clear sided case. The fan seems to be low in noise. The glossy finish adds to the aesthetics of the case.

Ultra X2 Titanium UV PSUStrengths: Cooling looking 120mm LED fan, transparent PSU window, FlexForce modular cables, glossy titanium finish, 550W with dual-rail 12V output and SLI ready. Weakness: Somewhat expensive It's probably the coolest looking PSU with LED fan and UV modular cables with 550 Watts power and nice shiny titanium finish, also it's SLI ready and dual-rail 12V. If you have a case with see-through panel, it's definitely a great PSU to show off. I'm happy with the quality of the PSU so far, hopefully it lasts for years to come.

Ultra X2 Titanium UV PSUStrengths: Everything about it is its strength. From the power cables, to the awesome blue UV. Weakness: I got this at an awesome price, so I would say it doesnt have any flaws so far. It's quiet and blue, what more could you want. The UV sides and UV reactive cables are what drew me to this power supply. The 120mm fan is awesome. I love the fact that I can use only the cables I need to and not have to worry about others cables getting in the way. The Flex-Force is also very awesome. I perfer it over conventional power cableing anyday, now. Advertisement

Ultra X2 Titanium UV 550W PSU
Strengths: Quiet, thin and flexible modular cables, blue UV, generous supply of cables provided.
Weakness: Expensive, terrible customer support.
I bought this to replace the original X-Connect series' PSU which I had been using on my computer for a few months. This PSU is everything the original should have been because it provides you with all the cables without having to use any adapters. The biggest reason to buy this PSU is for the thin modular cables. I bought this from Fry's for $70 after an instant rebate and had it not been for...
