this card OWNS SO MUCH

Strengths: Good price/performance. The best for ~$300 range. Overclocks like mad. After replacing the core heatsink, I achieved 620Mhz-core, and 1710Mhz-RAM. After volt-modding, I got 720Mhz-core/1800Mhz-RAM!

Weakness: my system is already loud, so I can't notice any difference in noise from the card.

If you volt-modd the core to 1.5V (which I highly recommend, as most everyone is getting stable results), you can get performance greater than stock 7900GTX and X1900XTX! I now get ~6200marks in 3DMark06, and ~11,000marks in 3DMark05 with my setup using AMD x2 4600+ and rapterHD. BF2 runs liquid smooth with all settings maxed, resolution @1280x1024! NOTE: Even if you just overclock with no v-mod,...

Sweet card

Strengths: Great performance, small form factor, price

Weakness: Fan runs at full speed

This is a great price point card. It has top notch performance for a price that won't send you to the poor house. I had a 7800GT for two weeks then this came out. It has better performance for a lower price. Sold the 7800 and got this. It's much better in every way. Although the fan does seem a bit loud in comparison to the 7800 fan it's dead silent. I couldn't be happier with this product.

Very Good!

Strengths: performance, size, very easy to use utility

Weakness: none so far

This card is awesome! Played Oblivion on it and this card sure is up for the task to play next gen titles. Very easy to insatll and the nvidia utility is real easy to use. Runs stable w/ my Asus A8N32 Deluxe mobo. The size of the card is real nice not big compared to other high end cards w/ huge fan. The downside is this card is hard to find. It sells out real fast. Gonna do SLI whenever i get...

Good improvement over 7800GT

Strengths: CLock speed, double life time warranty, very noticable faster, smaller and lighter than 7800GT

Weakness: none so far

I got this card just several days ago and I cann't wait to put it into my Dell9150. It works just great! I usually play AOE3, NFSMW and CSS a lot. When I use 7800GT and when there are more than 200 units fight on the screen in AOE3, it's getting slow. I suspected it is because not enough RAM(1G) and CPU(820D,2.8GHz).But it turned out upgrade the video card does help a lot. The game runs smoothly...

Very good stable video card

Strengths: Life time warranty

Weakness: Pricey

I have owned this card for a week and very satisfied. It's a great card for today’s demanding games. It's faster than the X1800XL. The added value that the 100MHz + overclock gives can't be matched anywhere.

Great card for a decent price

Strengths: Great performance in demanding games, not super-expensive

Weakness: None so far

This card has been great for me so far. I bought it to play the Elder Scrolls Oblivion with all the detail and it does the job fine. It could be better but that is a demanding game in 1280X1024. But it is definitely fully playable, and didn't cost as much as the GTX. Definitely recommended if you can find a decent deal on it.

7900GT

Strengths: runs cool and relitively quite. Great performance.

I've had this card for about a month and am very happy with it's performance. It over clocks fairly well with software and the volt mods are easy to do if you really want to push your harware.

great graphics card

Strengths: low heat. double lifetime warranty

Weakness: loud

When i first installed this card. I noticed that it is a bit loud. I can hear it over my case fans. Otherwise it is a great card. It isnt much larger than my Audigy 2 sound card. Games have been running very smoothly and temps of my system has not gone up.

I got one

Strengths: the latest GPU

Weakness: had to change mobo to use it. had to change PSU for the six pin plug [maybe]

I have had it up for almost a week and was pleasantly surprised by the look it gave everything from the internet to games. I play games at a moderate level--not hardcore-- so you won't hear that raving stuff but like i said I am pleased by the boost from a 6800 card....it looks real good. 8888888888888888888 Processor Model : Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz Speed : 3.21GHz-------Mod # SL7AA...

Awesome X2

Strengths: Rated one of the best cards for your money by cpu magazine (computer power user-last months issue)believe me it is ultra thin, ultra sleek and quiet.

Weakness: None so far

A high end video card at a mid range price. I put two of these in my new custom computer. I recommend this video card to anyone serious about gaming or graphics.

NVIDIA's GeForce 7 Update: Introducing the 7900 GTX, 7900 GT & 7600 GT

Things just get better for NVIDIA with the GeForce 7900GT. This card is sure to be popular amongst performance enthusiasts. If street prices settle around $299 as we suspect they will, the GeForce 7900 GT is going to be immensely popular. The card offers excellent performance with a single slot design, at a very aggressive price point. Performance is marginally better than a GeForce 7800 GTX...
