ATI All-in-Wonder 9600 XT Video CardStrengths: The TV capability such as turning your PC into a TIVO is just awesome. Weakness: Only 128MB and no DVI but that do not matter much. This is the best all around video card that allows you watch TV and record TV programs directly to your hard drive in your computer at a reasonable price. ATI came out with the all-in-wonder 9800 but they are too expensive and still only have 128MB. This is really all you need for video capturing, watching TV on your monitor, etc.

Weakness: If gaming is your only interest, other cards with higher gaming performance, but probably fewer features, do exist.
